Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of Services Endora Health is a care coordination and medical travel support company. We assist clients with connecting to independent healthcare providers, scheduling consultations, coordinating logistics, and offering general guidance throughout the medical travel process. Endora Health is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical care is provided exclusively by independent, third-party healthcare professionals.

The services offered by Endora Health include, but are not limited to: facilitation of contact with known independent gynecological surgeons; coordination of telehealth and in-person consultations; medical record preparation and transfer; bilingual communication and translation support; accommodation and transportation coordination (package-dependent); and on-the-ground concierge support (package-dependent).

Endora Health also offers a standalone Health Navigator Consultation, delivered by a registered nurse (RN). This service is separate from all medical tourism packages and is not included in any package fee. The Health Navigator provides general health education and guidance only and does not constitute medical advice or treatment.

2. Independent Medical Providers  All physicians, clinics, and hospitals recommended by Endora Health are independent third parties. Endora Health does not employ, manage, or supervise medical providers; influence or control medical decisions; or guarantee medical outcomes or results. All treatment decisions are made exclusively between you and your chosen healthcare provider. Any concerns regarding medical care must be addressed directly with the relevant provider or facility.

3. No Medical Liability By using Endora Health's services, you acknowledge that Endora Health bears no responsibility for any medical care, treatment, or outcomes. This includes, but is not limited to: complications or adverse reactions; dissatisfaction with medical results; and errors, omissions, or negligence by healthcare providers or hospitals.

4. Your Responsibilities You assume full responsibility for your medical decisions and agree to: make informed decisions regarding your chosen treatment and provider; ask questions and seek clarification from your physician as needed; review all medical information provided by your doctor; provide accurate and complete medical history to your provider, and promptly disclose any changes to your medical status prior to or at the time of the procedure; follow all pre-operative and post-operative guidelines to the best of your ability; and address any medical concerns directly with your provider, particularly during the post-operative period. All procedures are voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion. Endora Health assumes no responsibility for decisions made by you or your chosen healthcare provider.

5. Service Structure, Fees & Refund Policy Initial Consultation Deposit Endora Health requires a non-refundable deposit of $200 USD to book the initial telehealth consultation with the physician. This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, rescheduling, or changes to the appointment. If you need to reschedule your telehealth appointment, you must notify Endora Health at least 48 hours in advance. If you proceed with a package following your telehealth consultation, the $200 USD deposit will be applied as a credit toward your selected package fee. Package Fees Endora Health offers three coordination packages: The Self-Guided Traveler, The Assisted Traveler, and The All-Inclusive Traveler. Package fees are due prior to the commencement of coordination and travel arrangements. Endora Health will not begin coordinating or arranging travel, accommodations, or appointments until the full package balance has been received.

Medical Payments Endora Health collects payment for the initial telehealth consultation as part of its coordination services. This fee includes scheduling, administrative support, translation where applicable, and facilitation of the consultation with the healthcare provider. A portion of this fee is allocated directly to the provider.

All costs related to medical procedures, treatments, surgeries, hospitalization, medications, and any other healthcare services beyond the initial consultation are paid directly by you to the selected healthcare provider or facility. Endora Health does not collect, process, or manage payments for any medical services beyond the initial consultation and is not responsible for any billing, pricing, or financial arrangements related to medical services. Any questions or disputes regarding medical fees must be addressed directly with the healthcare provider or facility.

Refund Policy All purchases are final. Due to coordination with third-party providers who maintain strict cancellation policies, Endora Health is unable to offer refunds for any reason, including cancellations, changes, or rescheduling. We strongly recommend purchasing a trip cancellation insurance policy to protect your investment in the event your plans change.

6. Accommodation & Travel Services Endora Health may assist in arranging accommodation and transportation through independent, third-party providers. Endora Health does not own or operate these services and is not liable for accommodation safety, conditions, or service quality; travel disruptions, delays, or incidents, including those caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, political unrest, or transportation failures; or any loss, injury, or damage related to lodging or transportation. By using these services, you acknowledge that all arrangements are made at your own risk.

7. Third-Party Services All services provided by medical professionals, transportation providers, and accommodation partners are delivered by independent third parties. While Endora Health aims to work exclusively with trusted partners, Endora Health does not guarantee their performance and is not liable for their actions, errors, or omissions.

8. Travel Delays & Additional Nights International travel may involve delays or disruptions outside of Endora Health's control. Endora Health is not responsible for any additional accommodation costs resulting from travel delays, flight changes, or scheduling changes by the healthcare provider. Any additional nights required for these reasons, as well as voluntary extensions of your stay, will be at your own expense.

9. Disclaimer of Guarantees and Warranties Endora Health makes no guarantees, express or implied, regarding medical results or outcomes; recovery timelines; or the suitability of any provider, facility, or treatment for your specific condition. All services are provided "as is."

10. Insurance Endora Health does not require you to carry health or travel insurance. However, Endora Health cannot, in any circumstance, guarantee coverage for claims or services by the travel insurance company.

11. Endora Health will make reasonable efforts to support you throughout the coordination process but cannot guarantee specific timelines.

To the extent that any liability is found, Endora Health's total liability shall be limited to the amount paid directly to Endora Health for its coordination services.
