We may also collect basic usage data through Squarespace, our website platform, such as pages visited and browser type.

We use your information to connect you with our partner surgeons in Mexico City, coordinate consultations and logistics on your behalf, communicate with you throughout your care journey, process payments for our coordination services, and improve and maintain our website and services. 
4. Who We Share Your Information With
To coordinate your care, we may share your information with the following third parties: our partner surgeons, clinics, and hospitals in Mexico City; accommodation and transportation providers; concierge and translation staff; and the third-party platforms we use to operate our business, including Squarespace, Calendly, Square, and WhatsApp. We share only what is necessary to provide our services. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
5. Third-Party Platforms
Our services rely on the following third-party platforms, each of which has its own privacy practices: Squarespace (website and forms), Calendly (appointment scheduling), Square (payment processing), and WhatsApp (client communication). We encourage you to review the privacy policies of each platform. Endora Health is not responsible for the data practices of these third parties.

We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic and user behavior via cookies. This data helps us improve our services and may be shared with Google. We treat this information with the utmost care and share it only with the healthcare providers and staff directly involved in your care. Endora Health is not a covered entity under HIPAA and is not legally bound by its requirements. However, we are committed to handling your health data responsibly and transparently.
8. International Data Transfers
Our partner surgeons and facilities are located in Mexico City, Mexico. In order to coordinate your care, your information may be transferred to and processed in Mexico. Privacy protections there may differ from those in the United States. By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to this transfer.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. These steps include limiting access to your information to staff and partners who need it to provide our services, and using secure platforms for payment processing and scheduling. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
